Return and Refund Policy:

  1. Warranty Coverage:
    • All Aquadom products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty.
  2. Damage Claims:
    • Submit damage claims through the selling company where the product was purchased.
    • Any claims must be submitted before 48 hours after the delivery of the item.
    • Claims are accepted only with a detailed description and accompanying photo, video, or media evidence.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Refunds are processed by the selling party.
    • Aquadom is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the seller during the refund process.

At Aquadom USA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

  • You can cancel your order any time before it has been shipped without any charges.
  • If you wish to cancel the item that has already been shipped, a 15% restocking fee will apply + any shipping costs.
  • Upon delivery, you have 48 hours to inspect your unit and report any damages. Please note, that damage claims will not be accepted if the unit has been installed or used, and no claims will be entertained after 48 hours from delivery.
  • The client is responsible for inspecting the unit upon arrival; you must make a note on the receipt if there are any visible signs of damage on the box. We recommend accepting the delivery and inspecting the merchandise. If there is any damage discovered within 48 hours after accepting the delivery – please inform the Aquadom’s Customer Support service (see the contacts below).
  • Additionally, all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Aquadom’s return policy stipulates that all units must be returned in their original packaging, uninstalled, unused, free from visible damage caused by work or contractors, and with all installation accessories and screws included in the box.

  • All the claims to return/refund the item must be accompanied by the relevant information: the reason for return, images of damage from all sides and angles (if applicable), and videos of damage (if applicable).
  • Please, be informed that the return/refund processing time is 5-7 business days.
  • Return label and shipping costs during the return/refund process not due to a damage claim are a customer’s responsibility.
