AQUADOM warrants to the original purchaser that, at its discretion, it will repair, replace, or make necessary adjustments to products manufactured by the company, demonstrating significant defects in material or workmanship. Such defects must be reported to AQUADOM in writing within one (1) year from the date of delivery. AQUADOM is not responsible for installation costs.
The warranty becomes void if the product is damaged in transit or if damage or failure results from abuse, misuse, abnormal usage, faulty installation, damage in an accident, improper maintenance, or any unauthorized repairs. After the one-year warranty period, AQUADOM has no further obligations under any warranty, whether expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability.
AQUADOM shall not be held liable for any consequential damages arising from or connected to the use or performance of its products. Some states may not permit limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above restrictions may not apply to you.
Any liability against AQUADOM under any implied warranty, including the warranty of merchantability, is expressly limited to the terms of this warranty. To return merchandise under this warranty, authorization must be obtained from AQUADOM, and the return must be prepaid by the purchaser.
